wLead a large-scale international healthcare IT transformation, coordinating delivery between Italy and Libya, with regular onsite involvement in Benghazi

• sOwn end-to-end delivery of a multi-year healthcare IT transformation progra
• mCoordinate activities between Milan (PMO) and Benghazi (onsite execution
• )Lead complex digital, infrastructure, and enterprise application initiative
• sManage vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional team
• sDefine governance, timelines, budgets, and delivery plan
• sOversee implementation (ERP, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity
• )Handle executive-level reporting and stakeholder managemen
• tDrive risk management, issue resolution, and change adoptio

nRequired Skill

• sProven experience managing large, complex IT programs (healthcare preferred
• )Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologie
• sExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP – Finance, HR, Supply Chain
• )Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (datacenter, networks, security
• )Experience in international, multi-stakeholder environment
• sStrong vendor and stakeholder management skill
• sWillingness to travel regularly between Italy and Liby
