What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and clients to understand requirements and execute project delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, staffing, and milestones.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, mentoring members and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide strategic updates and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and client satisfaction, making necessary adjustments to ensure success.

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 15+ years of experience in planning and delivery of multi-year projects related to ERP or Digital Transformation Implementations.
• Proven experience in client‑facing delivery roles and working with senior client management (CxOs).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• Understanding of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean.
