In this role you oversee complex design and construction projects within the delivery team, leading cross‑functional project work and maintaining strong client relationships. You drive end‑to‑end project coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and quality, while mentoring junior staff to foster growth. You partner with internal teams to align client requirements with firm standards, delivering high‑quality outcomes on time and within budget. • Lead large‑scale, complex projects from planning to close‑out, ensuring on‑time and within‑budget delivery
• Serve as primary client contact, tailoring strategies to exceed expectations
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, resources, risk, and regulatory compliance
• Chair client and stakeholder meetings, provide transparent progress updates
• Oversee subcontractor/vendor relationships and tender evaluations against quality benchmarks
• Coordinate site inspections with Site Superintendents to monitor construction quality and safety
• Collaborate with design, engineering and pre‑construction teams for seamless integration
• Develop and implement project management best practices and mentor junior staff
• Manage overall project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Responsabilità

• 10+ years of proven project management experience in fit‑out construction
• Strong client‑focused mindset with proactive communication
• Technical and regulatory knowledge of commercial fit‑out methods and safety systems
• Experience with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Vista or similar)
• Solid commercial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and contract administration
• Organized, detail‑oriented strategic thinker who fosters inclusive leadership
