For our Client we are currently conducting a search for a dynamic and experienced SENIOR PRODUCTION SCHEDULING MANAGER to lead the scheduling operations and optimize manufacturing capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated team.
  • Ensure the optimal saturation of internal departments, manage capacity bottlenecks through strategic outsourcing, and drive daily/weekly execution to ensure uncompromising On-Time Delivery (OTD).
  • Receive and analyze the desired monthly production plan from the Central Supply Chain team.
  • Conduct comprehensive finite capacity assessments to determine the feasibility of the production plan against internal departmental capacities.
  • Integrate highly technical variables into the scheduling model, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), departmental productivity parameters, expected backlog, and special operational events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the daily and weekly On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance of all manufacturing departments against the scheduled plan.
  • Lead cross-functional interactions with Production and Quality departments to define and implement robust corrective action plans in the event of schedule deviations.
  • Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and operational guidance to your team, fostering a culture of high performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

  • Advanced expertise in finite capacity scheduling, rough-cut capacity planning, and advanced proficiency with major ERP/APS systems.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and data representation.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, OTD, cycle times, backlog).
  • Familiarity with complex manufacturing processes.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team of supply chain or scheduling professionals.
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, with a strong, specific focus on production scheduling, capacity planning, and/or material management within a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.

RAL: 70-80K. Company car is not provided.
