Senior Product Owner for Salesforce CPQ+

The role is Product Owner for the current SI Software CPQ project, hired on a permanent contract in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure Information Technology area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SI–SW SF CPQ project in the SI IT value center sales CPQ chapter for the business unit Grid Software.
• Manage team backlog, set priorities, prepare user stories, and contribute to Agile Planning Meetings.
• Collaborate with an effective Agile Team and interfaces (PM, Solution Architect, Solution Consultants, Scrum Master, Development Team).
• Own budget and provide full technical and commercial responsibility, including planning, forecasting, and aligning system knowledge with customer needs.
• Oversee all IT service technical and commercial topics for respective areas of responsibility.
• Manage vendor relationships, track contract compliance, handle escalations, and deliver performance at a strategic level for operations and project topics.
• Support alignment and negotiation of SLAs with internal customers, and monitor service level tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product owner in an international environment.
• Expert knowledge of configuration solutions with a focus on “software offering.”
• Service management competencies including expectation and risk management.
• Strong leadership skills and strong output orientation.
• Visionary driver and strong team player.
• Business process knowledge in CPQ software sales processes (e.g., subscription).
• Preferred IT and business competencies:
• Experience with the SF CPQ+ solution.
• Experience interfacing Salesforce CPQ with other systems (e.g., SAP).
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Passion for never‑stop growing.
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness; willingness to co‑create and share knowledge.
• Eligibility to work in Italy.
