Senior Product Marketing Manager SWE, Italy and Maghreb (F/M)
Your role
Lead our ACTA Portfolio of solutions including our Smart Integrated Assembly Ecosystem by creating marketing strategies and implement those in order to deliver our customers the highest value to their operations and satifaction which would achieve sustainable profitable growth to our business.
Responsibilities
- Create together with the BLM´s strategies and plans to promote ACTA solutions and Smart Integrated Assembly Ecosystem
- Lead team of Product Managers experts developing them to success in their missions
- Responsible with the PM´s to success product launches with ambitious goals
- Coordinate and implement together with BLM´s, competence development plans to the teams
- Provide inputs to Divisions on technology future needs
- Secure the provision of updated marketing material to successfully promote our technologies in local languages
- Initiate proof of concept, homologations and product registrations for all core technologies in selected customers and KA´s
- Drive marketing activities in close coordination and collaboration with BLM´s and BDM´s
- Initiate concept and ideas to help sales teams to be as effective as possible promoting our solution
- Support sales teams with critical sales activities
- Collaborate with Digital marketing and Communication
- Report and follow up plans in Management Meeting and business board
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Smart Ingrated Assembly Ecosystem
- Leading PM´s accross different countrie
- Understanding of MVI and GIN strategie
- To demonstrate strong business acumen to articulate business value
- To inspire and influence others.To possess a keen interest in the field of smart manufacturing
- Commendable analytical skills and quick understanding of unfamiliar concepts
- To turn complexity into clarit
- To be comfortable and able to interact with a variety of stakeholders across the organization, with an empathic approach to stakeholder needs
- Ability to travel as needed to support field activities, 50% to be expected
- Fluent English, additional languages within the CC is an advantage (French, Italian and Spanish)

Location
This role requires you to work on-site at an office within our customer center, in France, Itlay or Spain.
