Job Summary
As a Senior PM, you will own key parts of the product roadmap at the intersection of Regulation, Technology, and Business , using AI to increase decision speed.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Roadmap
- Own vision, roadmap, and commercial strategy.
- Data‑driven prioritization with AI insights.
- Pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market strategy.
- Execution & Delivery
- Translate regulation into specifications, using AI drafting tools.
- Backlog management, applying AI for grooming and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure compliance and certification standards are met.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives with engineering, sales, and compliance.
- Champion AI adoption within the product org.
- Mentor junior PMs and share best practices.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years hands‑on Product Management experience.
- Domain knowledge in Fintech, RegTech, or compliance‑heavy SaaS.
- Active use of AI tools in daily work.
- Business acumen: understanding LTV, CAC, churn, and building business cases.
- Stakeholder management: ability to align Sales VP and Lead Engineer.
- Fluent English; German mandatory.
