Senior Product Manager – Credit

Drive the strategy and execution for BNPL products, taking features from 0 to 1 and managing their scaling phase Focus on the UX and customer-facing side of credit, ensuring complex financial tools are intuitive, transparent, and seamlessly integrated into Satispay Act as a strategic orchestrator across Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime/Fraud to align priorities around a shared product vision Write clear user stories and requirements for Engineering, aligning frontend experiences with backend logic such as credit scoring and collection Analyze product usage and performance metrics to optimize credit features and uncover new market opportunities Advocate for thorough documentation and efficient workflows to help the team anticipate obstacles and ensure smooth product delivery Take full ownership of the Credit business line within the Features & Payment domain Requirements

5+ years as a Product Manager, including at least 3 years specifically within the Credit domain Proven experience launching products from scratch and scaling them through growth phases Strong understanding of credit scoring, collection management, and overall financial mechanics Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, BI, Finance) Professional fluency in English Core Competencies
