Senior Product Engineer - NodeJS

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy scalable software to enhance the core SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and QA to turn concepts into features.
• Maintain high code quality through clean, well-documented code and peer reviews.
• Refactor and address technical debt to improve performance and maintainability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to stay aligned.
• Own end-to-end delivery from concept to production in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in NodeJS; experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or Golang is valued but NodeJS preferred.
• Experience in Scrum environments with CI/CD and rapid delivery.
• Passion for automation and familiarity with testing frameworks.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and strong diagnostic skills.
• Strong collaboration and accountability in a team setting.
