As an Expert Product Engineer , you will join Plenitude On The Road , a Plenitude Societa Benefit company. Specifically, the B2B Sales team aims to negotiate and install electric charging solutions on the premises of companies or private entities. Your contribution will be essential to developing Plenitude On The Road's commercial proposition and developing new use cases.
Main activities:

• Introduce and test new hardware (wallboxes, AC/DC columns) according to quality and safety standards
• Define pricing for components and related services
• Manage the commissioning of the systems and provide technical support during the installation phases
• Ensure warehouse management and monitoring of component and device stocks
• Manage orders and technical suppliers, including negotiating and coordinating deliveries
• Support IT integration of devices with internal and external software platforms
• Provide operational support for resolving technical issues
• Maintain cross-functional collaboration with IT and operations teams to ensure service continuity.

Required characteristics:

• Master's degree in STEM disciplines, different and/or lower qualifications may be taken into consideration in the event of significant experience in the field
• At least 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of AC/DC charging systems and communication protocols (OCPP)
• Hardware testing and validation capabilities
• Familiarity with device integration and management software
• Knowledge of CRM and sales management tools, with a focus on CPQ tools
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
