In this Senior Product Engineer role, you own the full feature lifecycle from ideation to shipping and measurement. You’ll balance customer needs with product delivery while shaping scalable, maintainable full‑stack solutions. You will work closely with customers, Product, Design, and Testing to drive outcomes and use data to steer decisions. AI‑assisted development will be a core multiplier to accelerate delivery. • Originate ideas from user conversations, analytics, and strategy; build MVPs and iterate after release
• Lead design, development, and scaling of full‑stack applications across the stack (Go, Node.js, TypeScript, Python) and shape architecture decisions
• Engage directly with users, monitor usage with analytics/observability tools, and participate in support rotations
• Instrument features, run experiments and A/B tests, define success metrics, and base decisions on data
• Utilize AI‑assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to accelerate delivery
• Champion CI/CD practices, improve workflows, and ensure fast, safe deployments
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Testing to solve complex problems and deliver outcomes, mentoring engineers as needed
• Coach developers on technical challenges and product thinking to foster growth

Responsabilità

• 7-10+ years of full‑stack software development experience with SaaS products
• Advanced proficiency across the full stack, preferably Node.js and Angular
• Familiar with AI‑assisted development tools and daily usage
• Experience with product analytics tools and experimentation (A/B testing, feature flags)
• Strong CI/CD experience; cloud platforms (AWS); containerization (Kubernetes); observability practices
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions with incomplete information
• Experience mentoring developers and collaborating across disciplines
• Strong communication skills to translate customer needs into technical solutions
