Are you passionate about combining engineering precision with customer-centric innovation? At Schindler, we’re looking for a Product Design Engineer to shape the future of our elevator solutions using LiftDesigner.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain parametric 3D CAD models and 2D representations for Schindler elevator products.
• Create technical specifications and dimensional drawings that support our global sales and order processes.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of dispo drawings — essential for customer offers and orders.
• Drive automation improvements and contribute to quality assurance, unit testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate on BIM developments and 3D model exchanges with architects, planners, and customers.
• Support Schindler’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Information Technology.
• 5–7 years of experience in the elevator industry or similar technical fields.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of Digipara LiftDesigner is a plus.
• Experience in project management and requirements engineering.
• Solid understanding of modern IT systems and business processes.
• Independent, structured, and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
