As a Senior Product Delivery Manager, you will work closely with different functions inside the Eutelsat Group (Engineering, IT, Operations, Commercial and Legal teams), leading coordination activities and supporting the Delivery team to assure that business objectives are met consistently for both internal and external customers. Your technical background combined with your superior communication skills will be the foundation to lead multi-discipline, highly technical program initiatives.

Successful candidates will have a strong program management and system design background, be detail oriented, self-driven and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

What You’ll Do

• You will coordinate programs in the satellite internet connectivity domain, managing service implementation requests and providing both internal and external customers with technical analysis results, detailed planning, and cost analysis.
• You will ensure customer satisfaction and deliverable quality by managing business request priorities, defining clear execution plans and anticipating potential issues.
• You will coordinate cross-functional teams to align with business objectives, removing roadblocks to revenue and clearly communicating objectives, plans, issues, and risks to key stakeholders.
• You will develop and promote best practices for business support processes and governance, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• You will apply, implement, and continuously improve the Demand Management Process to address demand requests from both internal and external customers, with a focus on the Product Delivery domain.
• You will facilitate the handover of responsibilities and knowledge.
