The Power Platform Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing Power Automate workflows to automate business processes, integrate data across systems, and enhance operational efficiency within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing

  • End‑to‑end ownership of Power Platform solutions (Apps, Automate, Dataverse) aligned to enterprise ALM.
  • Translate HLD/LLD into scalable, secure implementations across DEV/UAT/PROD (application life cycle management).
  • Advanced Power Apps (Canvas / Model‑driven) development for structured intake and admin portals.
  • Complex Power Automate orchestration: branching logic, approvals, retries, exception handling, parallel flows.
  • Teams integration using Adaptive Cards and approvals framework.
  • Integration of Power Platform with Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI via connectors or custom connectors.
  • Implement decision logic for Copilot agents via Power Automate flows (policy checks, scoring, routing, explainability logging).
  • Support AI prompt calls from flows and capture rationale/audit outputs.
  • Dataverse schema design including custom entities (e.g., proposal, scorecard, audit, endorsement).
  • Row‑level security via Dataverse security roles and team‑based access.
  • Support DLP policy alignment and audit logging.
  • Performance‑aware flow design (retry policies, concurrency settings, pagination).
  • Secure connector usage and secrets handling.
  • Deployment readiness and fallback plans (solution versioning, environment restore points).

What You’ll Bring Along

  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or a similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI experience.
  • Microsoft Purview / compliance exposure.
  • Power BI or Fabric dataset familiarity (nice to have).
  • Experience working with interfaces and effectively communicating with colleagues from other projects, depending on the audience (technical and non‑technical).
  • Experience with architectural setups and a good understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches.
  • Experience in projects with end‑customer focus (user focus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
