A primary focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and reporting processes of companies being acquired, ensuring alignment and efficiency at the Group level.Join a team where professionals work side by side on innovative projects in the field of **planning and financial analysis, with the aim create value for the Company by contributing sustainably to the Group’s growth.****In particular, you will be responsible for:*** Own and manage the Group’s multi-year business plan, including full financial modeling across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, with scenario analysis and KPI definition.* Continuously evolve and refine planning methodologies, with a strong focus on a customer-centric view (e.g. customer base evolution, profitability, and value creation).* Lead and coordinate the development of strategic business cases and accelerators to the strategic plan, in close collaboration with the CEO Office and Strategic Projects teams, including participation in special initiatives.* Produce, maintain, and continuously improve business plan presentations and financial materials for internal and external stakeholders; develop ad hoc analyses and reports as required.* Act as the primary point of delegation for the operational management of the business plan, coordinating key stakeholders including BU PMOs, international CFOs, and senior finance counterparts.* Ensure alignment, consistency, and high-quality outputs across planning and reporting processes at Group and international level.* Solid experience in planning, reporting, or financial strategy roles within complex, international organizations, with proven ownership of integrated financial models.* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional and international teams in a matrix environment.* Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, executive-level insights.* Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.**growth mindset** and their ability to turn challenges into opportunities.* **ENTREPRENEURSHIP** - is the engine that drives us to excel, innovate and challenge ourselves for our own success and that of our company.
