Overview

We are supporting a leading engineering consultancy on a major pharmaceutical construction project in Milan.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join the project team and take ownership of the integrated programme across a complex pharmaceutical facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile life sciences project from construction through to commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update integrated Primavera P6 schedules
• Monitor construction progress and provide accurate programme updates
• Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams
• Produce look-ahead schedules, critical path analysis and progress reports
• Identify schedule risks and implement recovery plans where required
• Attend planning and coordination meetings with project stakeholders
• Support change management, delay analysis and schedule impact assessments
• Assist with commissioning planning and project handover

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Planner on pharmaceutical construction projects is essential
• Advanced Primavera P6 experience
• Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM project environments
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction programmes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (Italian is advantageous)
