As part of strengthening the team, we are looking for a:

Senior Planner – Energy / Oil & Gas

What will be your contribution at Akkodis?

• Provide planning support, develop forecasting data for the Engineering, Procurement and Operations teams.
• Monitor progress and performance throughout the project, from Engineering to Installation.
• Develop and maintain an integrated schedule for the projects involved.
• Provide deliverables such as Weekly and Monthly Reports.
• Unplanned deliverables such as micro-schedules and macro-schedules, according to project needs.
• Develop and update Skyline for the engineering documents.
• Archive planning documents in SAP SharePoint.
• Create variation reports (Schedule Variations – typically using Earned Value Management (EVM) for this) at various stages of the project to analyze deviations in MS Excel.
• Prepare S-Curves for the Engineering, Procurement and Operations teams.
• Attend project progress review meetings and coordinate with colleagues from the service lines involved.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
• Update the schedules in Primavera and MS Project for construction activities, along with quantification in MS Excel.

Candidate Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in the role of Planner Engineer in the Oil & Gas sector;
• In-depth knowledge of planning techniques and project management;
• Excellent command of planning software (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project);
• Ability to work in a team and manage relationships with various business functions;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
