Senior Performance Marketing Manager (B2C)

Italia Gas e Luce a fast-growing B2C energy company with American ownership, focused on measurable growth and customer acquisition.
Based in Lido di Camaiore (Lucca) , we’ve grown rapidly in both customers and team over the past few years. We are now looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital acquisition and conversion strategy and directly contribute to revenue growth.
This is an on-site role with direct interaction with the American owners and the Italian marketing and sales team.
Your mission is to drive growth through performance marketing . You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, improving conversion rates, and turning marketing investment into measurable sales results. This is a hands-on role where you will directly manage campaigns and continuously optimize performance across the full funnel.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive lead generation and lead conversion across digital channels.
- Manage campaigns in-house (no external agencies) on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta , and other performance channels using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools.
- Manage and optimize price comparison websites as key acquisition channels.
- Develop and execute B2C performance marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, sales, and market share .
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns, landing pages, and funnels (A/B testing mindset).
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly support commercial objectives and lead quality.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (leads, conversion rates, ROI) and translate data into actionable insights.
