Position Overview


Reporting to the HR Director, the Senior People Cost & Performance Analyst is responsible for leading global people cost planning and delivering workforce analytics to support strategic business decisions.

The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and people cost reviews while developing analyses that combine HR, financial, productivity, and business data. Working closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders, the role drives data-driven workforce planning and organizational performance.


Key Responsibilities

People Cost Planning & Control

  • Lead the global people cost budgeting, forecasting, and review processes.
  • Monitor headcount and personnel costs, analyzing variances and key cost drivers.
  • Support workforce planning through financial scenarios and forecasts.
  • Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate and consistent planning.

People Performance & Analytics

  • Develop analytics combining workforce, financial, productivity, and business data.
  • Define and monitor people and organizational performance KPIs.
  • Deliver insights and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting & Systems

  • Support the enhancement of HR reporting and planning tools, ensuring data quality and process efficiency.
  • Partner with IT to drive the automation and digitalization of HR reporting and analytics.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR Controlling, People Analytics, Workforce Planning or Cost Controlling.
  • Strong experience in people cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI or equivalent); SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.

The position offers a base salary in the range of €50,000–€65,000 .

Remuneration is determined using objective, gender-neutral criteria.

Within the stated salary range, individual compensation is based on factors such as knowledge, skills, relevant experience, tenure, and education or professional training.
