Senior PCB Applications Engineer (Europe)

Siemens Digital Industries Software – Siemens EDA is a global technology leader in Electronic Design Automation software. We seek a senior PCB Applications Engineer to lead pre‑sales and customer engagement across Europe, driving innovation in PCB design and analysis.

Area of Responsibility

• Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase Siemens EDA’s PCB solutions.
• Advise customers on advanced PCB engineering challenges, becoming their trusted technical partner.
• Collaborate with sales to craft winning strategies and grow the European PCB business.
• Provide customer insights that directly influence product development roadmap.
• Represent Siemens at industry events and through engaging webcasts.

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent with practical experience and deep knowledge in electronics engineering.
• Proficient with PCB design tools, SI/PI analysis, data management; DFM tool experience is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills—able to simplify complex technical concepts for engineers to executives.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Self‑starter who adapts quickly, thrives on new challenges, and continuously learns.
• Passion for customer success and business growth.
• Bonus: Familiarity with EDA tools such as Xpedition, Hyperlynx, Valor or Python scripting.
