In this role, you will

Manage the assigned client portfolio, meeting agreed deadlines for each process and ensuring optimal quality in the results delivered. Ensure legal compliance, in accordance with current regulations, in all processes performed and proactively seek improvements that can ensure greater quality or efficiency in service. Participate in any internal projects the company may assign with the goal of implementing new tools or processes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities

  • Own Client Relationships – manage your assigned client portfolio with confidence, ensuring service satisfaction and continuity.
  • Deliver Payroll Excellence – process payrolls accurately and on time, following internal quality controls.
  • Solve and Support – handle incidents and client queries efficiently, acting as a trusted problem‑solver.
  • Master Compliance – ensure legal accuracy in all payroll and HR‑related processes.
  • Lead Period Closures – take charge during monthly and year‑end payroll cycles, including tax and social security filings.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement – identify service optimizations and participate in internal projects.
  • Communicate with Impact – lead client meetings, align on calendars, and keep stakeholders informed and confident.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing or a similar client‑facing HR service role.
  • Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll regulations, including Social Security and income tax reporting.
  • Hands‑on expertise with payroll and HR software platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills – confident working with formulas, pivot tables, and data checks.
  • Strong communication skills – able to listen, explain complex topics clearly, and build trust with clients.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset – catch inconsistencies before they become issues.
  • Castellano (nativo)
  • English (a plus)
