AC Milan is searching for a Senior Partnerships Executive (Italian Partners) for a one-year maternity cover. He/She will be part of the Revenue Department and will report to the Head of Italian Partnerships.

Setting the strategic direction for assigned Partners portfolio of AC Milan, including activations and events planning, assets optimization and inventory management, in close liaison with the Commercial Strategy Area.


Main responsibilities:


  • Matchday Operations (ticketing, hosting, events)
  • Player/Legend Access Requests
  • Shootings
  • Liaise with different suppliers (creative agencies for contents/events production, apparel, catering)
  • Liaise internal departments for productions of shootings and events
  • Revenues/Costs Tracking
  • Campaigns Production & Review of Assets
  • Weekly Update to Top Management with report and KPIs measurements and updates to Partners
  • Alignment meetings with Partners
  • Onboarding and Activities Planning
  • Partners’ Top Management Requests
  • Special Club/Department Activities
  • Management Digital Tools, research & benchmarking (Trello, Salesforce, SharePoint, PDCA)


Professional Skills:


  • University degree
  • More than 4 years in the sports industry
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Experience to deal with internal decision makers
  • Experience to manage clients and events
  • Project management and organizational leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Problem solver and conflict manager
  • Flexibility and capacity to adapt to environment and situations
  • Advanced English
