Senior Network & Security Engineer
to join our client’s ICT team. The ideal candidate will work independently under the supervision of the IT Manager & will be responsible for ensuring the reliability , performance & security of the network infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Configure & manage Servers , Switches , Firewalls & Storage systems
- Monitor & troubleshoot network performance & connectivity issues
- Implement & maintain network security policies & procedures
- Collaborate with external vendors & service providers
- Support internal users with network -related issues
- Maintain technical documentation related to network architecture & security
- Assist in infrastructure updates & patch management
Requirements
- Strong understanding of networking protocols & firewall configuration
- Solid experience in network security practices & tools
- Good knowledge of Linux systems & cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell , PowerShell , Batch )
- Ability to work independently & manage priorities effectively
- Strong documentation & communication skills
