Senior Motorcycle Designer
Are you a true two-wheel enthusiast with the ambition to leave your mark on the global motorcycle scene? Benelli is looking for a Senior Designer with solid experience and a visionary mindset to shape the design of future models that will define the next era of motorcycling.
Location : Pesaro, Italy
Team : Benelli Centro Stile
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the design brief, translating it into bold and coherent design direction
- Manage and oversee projects throughout all development phases, ensuring quality and consistency
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team to align design intent with engineering feasibility
Skills required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in motorcycle design (7+ preferred)
- Strong ability to coordinate teams and manage complex design projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, leadership-oriented attitude
- Ability to interact effectively during full-scale (1:1) clay modeling phases, providing guidance and ensuring fidelity to the design vision
