Senior Motorcycle Designer

Benelli is looking for a Senior Designer with solid experience and a visionary mindset to shape the design of future models that will define the next era of motorcycling.

Location: Pesaro, Italy

Team: Benelli Centro Stile

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the design brief, translating it into bold and coherent design directions
• Manage and oversee projects throughout all development phases, ensuring quality and consistency
• Collaborate closely with the R&D team to align design intent with engineering feasibility

Skills required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in motorcycle design (7+ preferred)
• Strong ability to coordinate teams and manage complex design projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, leadership-oriented attitude
• Ability to interact effectively during full-scale (1:1) clay modelling phases, providing guidance and ensuring fidelity to the design vision
