Your future role

• Carry out research and development projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead the design of complex mechanical systems and equipment, from concept to production
• Analyze customer needs and translate them into innovative technical solutions
• Coordinate and supervise technical tasks during the design and development phase
• Make calculations and define the parameters needed for the design
• Act as the main technical reference between the engineering team, production and other departments
• Mentor and guide junior mechanical engineers within the team

Our perfect candidate would have…

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or in any other relevant field
• Senior Mechanical Engineering experience (5+ years) in machine design, preferably in the industrial automation or packaging sector
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of machine development and construction
• Knowledge of CAD systems – preferably Solid Edge
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Good level of English, both written and spoken
• Preferably based in the surroundings of Parma, Italy
