We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Senior Manager, IT Sales & Product Applications to lead the global strategy, delivery, and optimization of our IT solutions that empower our global Sales and Product teams. In this role you will focus on maximizing the value of business applications —such as CRM, CPQ, CLM, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)—to drive commercial growth, improve customer engagement, and streamline product operations.

You will act as a trusted IT partner to Sales and Product leadership—ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes, seamless integration, and a superior user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Product leaders to translate business goals into application strategies, roadmaps, and KPIs .
• Oversee design, delivery, and lifecycle management of sales and Product applications (CRM, CPQ, CLM, PLM, and related systems).
• Ensure smooth integration with enterprise platforms (ERP, Data Warehouse, Analytics).
• Manage application vendors , licensing, and contract negotiations.
• Lead a cross‑functional IT team including business analysts, functional leads, and project managers.
• Drive and deliver key projects on time and within budget, applying governance, agile practices, and effective change management.
• Ensure application support and service management , ensuring high system performance, stability, and user satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve application performance, user adoption, and business value realization through data‑driven insights.
• Promote standardization, security, and compliance across global regions and business units.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field .
• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in business application management .
• Proven success leading CRM, CPQ, CLM, or PLM implementations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with senior commercial stakeholders.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations with complex Sales and Product operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Certification or experience with Lean, Six Sigma , or similar improvement frameworks is considered as a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO/TS quality management systems is preferred.
