SENIOR MANAGER FINANCIAL SERVICES

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager Financial Services to lead strategic initiatives for prestigious brands. The role is full‑time and offers remote work with an office in Assago, Italy.

Responsibilities

• Selection and definition of the offering, valuing competence, partnerships and client relationships with regulatory attention and digital transformation links.
• Go‑to‑market of proposals.
• Responsibility of budget on clients in terms of sales and margin.
• Construction of the team and coordination of resources.
• Initiatives in collaboration with colleagues from other countries on joint activities.

Qualifications

• Laurea STEM.
• At least 10 years of work experience in senior roles, preferably in leading consulting firms.
• Experience in process areas such as Credit, Wealth Management, Risk & Compliance, Regulatory Reporting and Vigilance.
• Proactivity and entrepreneurship in defining Value Proposition.
• Knowledge of banking processes and financial operators.
• Network of contacts with banking operators.
• Interest in digital transformation and its impact on business.
• Excellent relational skills, ability to synthesize and define objectives and priorities.
• Planning and organisational capacity, flexibility.
• Team building, orientation to results, energy and motivation.
• Fluent English.
