Senior Manager Evidence and Publication Planning and Dissemination - EP
Purpose
This role, reporting to the Medical Affairs Senior Director, involves designing and executing clinical evidence planning, scientific dissemination, stakeholder engagement, and publication strategies, focusing on Electrophysiology within Rhythm Management Medical Affairs in EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Medical Affairs strategy aligned with business priorities and scientific reputation, with clear KPIs.
- Evidence planning: Collaborate across functions to identify and integrate evidence needs into EMEA plans, evaluate external research proposals, and advise on their fit within overall strategies.
- Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to establish scientific presence, exchange information, support educational programs, and discuss clinical needs.
- Lead advisory boards, stakeholder mapping, and data dissemination plans, ensuring scientific accuracy and relevance.
- Identify and evaluate channels (webinars, symposia, etc.), optimize content and format, and ensure strategic relevance of presentation and publication opportunities.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise in Electrophysiology, support educational efforts, and act as a liaison between commercial and scientific teams.
Prerequisites and Competencies
- Strong scientific background, experience in medical device industry, developing medical affairs strategies, and managing KOL programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Travel : At least 10%
