This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of innovative, scalable solutions that enhance the impact of large‑scale financial support programs. You will design and implement coaching models that complement cash‑based interventions, leveraging digital tools and behavioral insights to maximize outcomes. Accountabilities
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable cash‑plus‑coaching initiatives
- Design and develop digital and hybrid coaching solutions, including chatbots, video content, and structured learning tools
- Translate behavioral science and coaching methodologies into practical, scalable product features
- Collaborate with country teams to pilot, test, and refine coaching interventions in real‑world environments
- Build and manage partnerships with external organizations, vendors, and research institutions
- Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and project delivery from concept to rollout
- Drive rapid experimentation and iteration to validate impact and optimize program effectiveness
- Contribute to thought leadership, research collaboration, and external positioning in the sector
Requirements
- 8‑10+ years of experience in economic inclusion, graduation programs, or cash‑plus interventions
- Proven experience building or scaling digital coaching or learning products (e.g., chatbots, apps, or digital curricula)
- Strong understanding of behavioral science, coaching frameworks, and evidence‑based program design
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects across multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with external partners, vendors, or international organizations
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
- Strong project management and execution capabilities
- Fluency in English required; additional languages such as French are a plus
- Bonus: experience with AI tools, digital platforms (e.g., messaging apps, IVR), or government partnerships
