Mxa Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Shipyard Supervision Engineer for newbuild and commissioning work aboard cruise vessels. The role focuses on supervising machinery and engineering systems, ensuring quality, and coordinating with shipyards and suppliers.
The candidate should have 5+ years of onboard experience on diesel-electric cruise vessels and strong knowledge of USPH, USCG, and related regulations, with ability to lift up to 20 kg and work across shipyards and new builds.
