The AMIRI Senior Client Advisor

key revenue-driving role responsible for delivering exceptional luxury service while developing and managing a high-value client portfolio. As a Brand Ambassador, they represent AMIRI’s values and creative vision, build long-term relationships with local and international clients, and contribute strategically to the boutique’s commercial success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive consistent sales performance by achieving and exceeding individual targets and KPIs, with a strong focus on high-value transactions and repeat business
  • Own, develop, and grow a robust and high-quality client portfolio, building long-term relationships with top-tier and high-potential local and international clients through proactive clienteling
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying AMIRI’s image, culture, and creative vision through elevated service, storytelling, and personalized engagement both in-store and off-site
  • Deliver a bespoke luxury client experience across all touchpoints, ensuring highly personalized, seamless, and consistent service
  • Demonstrate expert product and brand knowledge, communicating craftsmanship, materials, and brand narrative to strengthen the client’s emotional connection to the product
  • Proactively drive client outreach, follow-up, and appointment-based selling to sustain ongoing engagement beyond store visits
  • Support the boutique’s overall performance by collaborating with Store Management on client matters, high-level selling activities, visual standards, and operational excellence

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or high-end client service, with proven success in client portfolio development and retention
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a solid, established client book with repeat and high-value clientele
  • Strong commercial mindset with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to create trust and loyalty
  • Deep passion for luxury, fashion, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling
  • Ability to deliver outstanding service across all channels (in-person, written, phone, digital)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment
  • Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise as required (lifting up to 30 lbs)
  • Full adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards
