Metz Electronics Srl, the Italian subsidiary of Skyworth Group, is looking for a:


Senior Logistic Specialist


to support Metz Supply Chain Team based in Milan.


You will be part of an ambitious, fast-growing, and international team.


You will safeguard the Italian warehousing, transportation, customs-clearance and after-sales logistics, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance. Optimize local logistics cost and inventory turnover, supporting revenue and gross-margin targets. Bridge HQ strategy and local execution, delivering data-driven improvement proposals.




MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:


  • Manage logistics operations: m onitor 3PL warehouse & carrier performance (lead time, damage rate, cost, etc.). Lead exception handling and customer communications to closure.
  • Inventory & Demand Alignment: u pdate rolling inventory and demand forecasts monthly. Work together with the planning personnel responsible for the European region to develop the replenishment plan. Track delivery milestones for major sales projects.
  • Cost Control & Vendor Management: c onduct benchmarking and negotiations to reduce costs. Maintain approved carrier/warehouse list. Review contracts and invoices.
  • System & Process Optimization: gather local SAP/WMS requirements and participate in testing. Promote bilingual SOPs and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: h ost a monthly bilingual (EN/IT or EN/CN) operations review. Align order status, reconciliation and discount/rebate workflows with Sales, Finance and Customer Service.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: p roduce weekly and monthly dashboards (Power BI / Excel) for HQ and local management. Highlight risks and propose actionable countermeasures.
  • Support the supply-chain teams of the Southeast Europe and Southwest Europe offices , ensuring consistency in KPI measurement, SOPs execution and vendor standards. Facilitate best-practice sharing across the three European locations and escalate regional issues to the Europe Ops Director and HQ as needed.
  • Oversee local Italian Team: train and support junior italian Team, acting like a bridge between the Manager based in Germany and the people in Milan.

KEY SKILLS:


  • 3–5 years in international or domestic logistics / supply-chain operations (TV, major home-appliance, or other consumer-electronics sector preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Proficient in SAP / WMS / Excel (Power Query, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP). Power BI preferred
  • Proven track record resolving customer & vendor disputes
  • Strong cross-cultural communication & project-management skills. Results-oriented & cost-sensitive. Proactive in risk identification & escalation.



WHAT WE OFFER:


  • Annual Gross Salary: 40,000-45,000 Euro
  • Bonus: 10% up to Annual Gross Salary
  • 1 Day/week of home working
  • Tickets restaurant: 8 Euro/day


ADDITIONAL INFO:


1–2 business trips in Europe per month expected.
