We’re looking for a passionate Senior Localization Account Executive (AE) located in the USA to join the Translated Enterprise Growth Team in a remote position. The team is identifying companies that value how AI can drive transparency, automation, and the best environment for translations to be delivered, creating a global future for all. We’re seeking a talented senior contributor interested in selling to enterprise clients the platform for their global linguistic needs, which includes the world’s best linguists, artificial intelligence, and human-in-the-loop machine translation.
What You’ll Do
The Account Executive will work collaboratively with technical and operations teams to coordinate project execution and help grow key accounts. This involves driving direct sales and managing the RFP/RFI process through cold-calling, networking, email outreach, etc. AEs will identify and secure major accounts from multinational companies across various industries.

- Completion and application of sales process training (e.g., CCS, Miller Heiman, Challenger)
- Ability to present effectively in group settings
- Proactive, self-starter with a pursuit mentality
- Strong business focus: awareness of competitive environment and ability to seek new opportunities
- Creative thinker who initiates tasks and explores new ways to achieve goals
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
- Knowledge of commercial translation tools is a plus
- Experience selling large, complex technical solutions to multinational companies
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to software localization, testing, and multilingual publishing is a plus
Required Experience
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the translation & localization industry, with full sales cycle experience
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a growing environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Experience working with diverse, remote, international teams
- Experience within technology companies selling tools and services is preferred
- Valid passport for international travel required
