Satispay, a leading fintech in Italy, is seeking a Legal Counsel (Transactional) to own drafting, negotiation and strategy for B2B contracts across all business lines. You’ll handle technology, procurement, corporate welfare tenders, marketing agreements, and AI-enabled process improvements.
Ideal candidates hold a law degree with 8+ years’ experience in commercial law, can autonomously manage multiple deals, and communicate clearly with stakeholders in English and Italian. Hybrid work offered.
