We’re Hiring: Senior Legal Counsel – Renewable Energy Rome ⚖️
Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support the management, development and construction of our solar, wind, and biomethane projects across Italy and abroad.
What you’ll do:
- Support all legal aspects of project development, construction, and operations
- Lead and coordinate legal due diligence for renewable energy projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate documentation across the project lifecycle, including financing document
- Ensure compliance with corporate, contractual, and regulatory frameworks
- Manage general legal matters including litigation, administrative procedures, and environmental permitting
- Support corporate activities such as subsidiary setup, governance documents, and 231 Model implementation
What we’re looking for:
• Law degree, ideally with a focus on administrative or environmental law
• 5-7 years of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or top-tier law firms
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail oriented mindset
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
• A collaborative team player ready to contribute to ambitious goals
