Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) – Alpitronic

Location: Bolzano, Trentino‑Alto Adige, Italy

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including supply, distribution, licensing, and partnership contracts with IP provisions.
• Provide legal advice on legal risks and opportunities in contractual matters to internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies in all contractual relationships.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution and implementation.
• Support business development and commercial initiatives with strategic legal guidance and training.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Maintain templates and playbooks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Law.
• Previous years of professional experience as a lawyer or in‑house counsel in an internationally operating company or as an attorney‑at‑law.
• Strong understanding of commercial (sales and after‑sales) contracts in a technical environment, preferably in the electro‑engineering field.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements.
• Solid knowledge of intellectual property law and IP provisions in commercial contracts.
• Proven business acumen: identify, assess, and mitigate contractual business problems and risks, addressing them and developing balanced solutions in the interests of the company.
• Excellent knowledge in English, both written and spoken; Italian and/or German are an advantage.
