In this Group-level role based in Milan, you will lead the legal function to support complex negotiations and strategic initiatives across jurisdictions. You act as a trusted advisor to senior management, directing high‑stakes litigation, investigations, and cross‑border M&A activity. You shape legal strategy for high‑risk matters and coordinate top external counsel globally. This position combines frontline legal leadership with business‑facing partnership to safeguard Group risk on international projects.

• Lead and oversee litigations, arbitrations, disputes and authorities‑led investigations, including antitrust enforcement
• Define legal strategy on high‑risk, high‑value matters, coordinating top‑tier external counsel worldwide
• Serve as primary legal interface for senior leadership and business stakeholders on contentious issues
• Support cross‑border M&A, JVs and strategic transactions from due diligence through signing and closing
• Lead negotiation of complex international project and commercial contracts to safeguard Group risk
• Provide clear, authoritative legal judgment in fast‑moving, sensitive contexts

Responsabilità

• Senior legal professional with 10+ years in top‑tier law firms and/or complex multinational environments
• Track record in litigation, investigations, transactions and complex negotiations
• Strong judgment, autonomy and credibility with C‑level and senior stakeholders
• International mindset, highly analytical, pragmatic and business‑oriented
• Fluent English; willingness to operate globally
