With a fully integrated and sustainable approach, we support clients and investors throughout the entire solar value chain, delivering excellence in every stage of the project lifecycle.Role OverviewThe Senior Legal Manager will oversee legal affairs of the company, ensuring full regulatory compliance and supporting technical, commercial, and strategic functions across national and international projects. The role includes managing contractual frameworks (EPC, O&M), regulatory and permitting aspects, legal due diligence, corporate governance, and litigation. The candidate will be part of a small in-house legal team and coordinate with external law firms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the internal legal team and coordinate with external counsel.Draft, negotiate, and review complex contracts, including: EPC and O&M Land lease agreements, purchase contracts, rights of way, surface rightsJoint ventures, NDAs, framework agreementsSupport project development, permitting, engineering and finance teams with legal advice.Manage legal due diligence processes for greenfield and brownfield projects & project financing.Oversee legal aspects of partnerships.Monitor regulatory developments in the energy, infrastructure and environmental sectors.Handle disputes and litigation (civil, commercial, administrative), including arbitration.Requirements7–10 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in EPC, renewable energy, utilities, or top-tier law firms.Strong knowledge of commercial, civil, administrative and energy law.Experience in international contracting and leading legal teams.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish language is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects at the same time; What We OfferDynamic and fast-growing international environment.Cutting-edge projects with real impact on energy transition.Strategic role with high responsibility and visibility.Competitive salary and MBO.If you're ready to drive legal strategy in one of the most promising sectors of the energy transition, we’d love to hear from you.
