As Senior Legal Counsel focusing on labor relations, you will advise HR and management on employment law matters and oversee labor‑related strategies for a multinational transportation company. You will support strategic and operational decisions, manage litigation, and oversee restructurings from a labor law perspective. You will draft and negotiate contracts, policies, and collective agreements, ensuring compliance. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and cross‑border initiatives in a dynamic, globally integrated environment. Retribuzione / Benefits
Provide legal guidance on individual and collective employment law matters to support HR and management Manage employment litigation and coordinate external law firms as needed Support extraordinary transactions (reorganizations, restructurings, transformations) from a labor‑law perspective Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, collective agreements, and company policies Monitor compliance with labor laws and industrial relations regulations Handle disciplinary procedures, dismissals, and workforce reduction processes Responsabilità
Law degree and admission to the Bar 5-7 years PQE in employment law in reputable firms or corporate environments In‑depth knowledge of Italian employment law Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills Fluency in English (written and spoken) Strong business orientation and ability to work independently Experience in handling or supporting management of labor relations and company reorganisations Requisiti fondamentali
