Senior IT Consultant Insurance (f|m|x)

Your tasks:You will support leading players in the insurance industry on their digital transformation journeys, working at the intersection of business and technology.You will help define modern IT architectures and govern highly complex strategic programs within the company’s core functions (underwriting, claims, distribution) for both property and casualty as well as life insurance.You will define evolutionary road maps and target architectures, promoting modern paradigms (e.g. cloud, API-first, and microservices).You will lead digital transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technological solutions.You will govern complex programs by coordinating business and IT stakeholders and supporting the decision-making process.You will conduct workshops with management, gather requirements and translate them into technological strategies and initiatives while also ensuring their implementation.You will draft strategic documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.Your skills:You have at least 4 years of experience in IT consulting, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, program management or IT governance.You possess knowledge of modern IT architectures and the ability to define transformation road maps.You are experienced in managing complex programs and engaging executive stakeholders.You are interested in emerging technologies and key innovation trends (cloud, AI, data & analytics).You have excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills when reporting to management.You hold a bachelor’s degree in STEM or economics, you speak Italian fluently (C2) and have an excellent command of English (C1-C2).You have a strong consulting mindset, strategic vision and the ability to combine technological innovation with business value while effectively handling complex and multidisciplinary environments. #LI-KN1 #LI-HybridCompensationAnnual gross base salary: EUR 48,000 - 60,000 plus a performance-based bonus of up to 15% of the annual base salary, subject to the achievement of individual and/or company performance objectives.Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications and skills.This position is governed by the provisions of the Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Terziario / Commercio (CCNL).
