Senior Integrations Delivery Manager

CARDO AI · Turbigo, Lombardia, Italia · · 50€ - 70€

Descrizione dell'offerta

Cardo AI builds next-generation technology for asset-based finance, private credit, and structured products. Our platform enables institutional investors, banks, and fintechs to manage complex debt portfolios through AI-driven data management, reporting, and analytics.

We are growing fast, and the quality of our client integrations is a core competitive advantage. Every new client that goes live is a proof point. This role owns that outcome.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Integrations Program Manager to own the delivery of all client integration projects end-to-end — from signed contract to production go-live — and to continuously raise the bar on how fast, how reliably, and how scalably we onboard clients.

This is not a coordination role. This is an ownership role.

You will be the most senior person responsible for Cardo AI’s integration capacity. You will define and enforce delivery standards, manage a pipeline of concurrent client implementations, act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, and build the playbooks and tooling that allow the team to scale. You will report directly to the Head of Integrations and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial.

The ideal candidate has operated at a Program or Delivery Director level in a fintech or SaaS context, is fluent in data integration concepts, and has the gravitas to hold a room with a CFO or CTO on the client side.

Key Responsibilities

Program Ownership & Delivery

  • Own the full integration lifecycle: from kickoff through hypercare to steady-state handoff.
  • Maintain and manage a consolidated roadmap across all active client integrations.
  • Define and enforce delivery standards, SLAs, and escalation paths.
  • Track dependencies, risks, and blockers — resolve them, not just report them.
  • Drive integrations to go-live on time, with high data quality and zero surprises.

Capacity & Resource Planning

  • Own the integration team’s capacity model: what can we take on, when, and at what quality level.
  • Scope, estimate, and sequence work across Engineering, Data, and Client Success.
  • Identify and close gaps in tooling, templates, and team capability that are limiting throughput.
  • Build the processes that allow us to double integration volume without doubling headcount.

Client & Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the senior Cardo AI point of contact for clients during the integration phase.
  • Engage confidently with client-side CFOs, CTOs, and Operations Directors.
  • Set expectations, manage scope, escalate commercially sensitive issues to leadership.
  • Turn difficult conversations into trust-building moments.

Process & Capability Building

  • Build and own the integration playbook: from data ingestion templates to QA checklists to runbooks.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and redesign them — systematically, not ad hoc.
  • Define and track KPIs: time-to-live, data quality rates, re-work rates, client effort scores.
  • Evaluate and introduce tooling (ETL, orchestration, project management) that multiplies team capacity.
  • Mentor more junior members of the integration function.

Requirements

Must‑Have

  • 8+ years in a program, delivery, or implementation management role in a technical environment (fintech, SaaS, data platform, enterprise software, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience owning end‑to‑end technical integrations at program level — not just tracking them.
  • Strong command of data onboarding concepts: data mapping, transformation logic, reconciliation, pipeline QA.
  • Track record of building delivery processes that scale — playbooks, templates, metrics, tooling.
  • Experience engaging directly with senior client stakeholders (C‑level, VP‑level) in a delivery or consulting capacity.
  • High autonomy and ownership mindset — you define the solution, not just execute the plan.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); Italian a plus but not required.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Familiarity with structured finance data: loan‑level tapes, ABS/CLO waterfall mechanics, fund NAV reporting, private credit data models.
  • Experience in banking, investment management, asset servicing, or structured finance platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with data orchestration or ETL tools (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, or similar).
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and QA.

Why Join Cardo AI

  • Own an entire function that is central to how we grow — integration velocity is a key commercial differentiator.
  • Work directly with the COO and leadership team with high visibility across the business.
  • Join at an inflection point: we are scaling from dozens to hundreds of client integrations and building the infrastructure to get there.
  • Competitive compensation, equity participation, and a team that takes the work seriously.
