Senior Inside Sales Representative - Global Accounts

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop day‑to‑day commercial relationships with assigned global enterprise customers in Italy
- Act as the primary operational sales contact, handling customer requests related to pricing, orders, products, and updates
- Drive incremental revenue growth within existing accounts through portfolio expansion and solution positioning
- Coordinate pricing configuration, negotiations, and margin management in line with Lenovo commercial guidelines
- Support RFPs and structured customer buying processes within assigned accounts
- Collaborate closely with the Global Account Manager to ensure aligned customer communication and execution
- Work cross‑functionally with finance, product, and supply chain teams to support end‑to‑end order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate forecasting, account reporting, and pipeline management versus agreed targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Commercial Sales within the IT industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with pricing structures, commercial negotiations, and revenue forecasting
- Professional fluency in English is required
- Professional fluency in Italian is required due to customer coverage
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow‑through
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an international, matrix environment
