Job Description
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with around 5+ years of experience, a strong background in Supply Chain projects , and solid SAP knowledge . You will act as a key interface between business and IT, translating business needs into functional and technical solutions, especially in warehouse and integration contexts.
Your missions
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements in Supply Chain projects
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Analyze and optimize existing business processes and IT systems
- Write functional specifications, user stories, and documentation
- Support solution design, testing phases, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Contribute to warehouse systems integration and related flows
- Ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong background in Supply Chain projects
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Proven experience working on IT or digital transformation projects
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in warehouse integration
- Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written)
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and problem-solving mindset
- Structured, adaptable, and comfortable in complex environments
- Availability to be on-site in Milan once per month
