Senior Industry Advisor - Due Diligence (Equity) Help shape the future of due diligence. At Bletchley, we’re building software that automates one of the most manual parts of corporate due diligence: retrieving company filings and generating initial scope reports. Our mission isn’t to replace due diligence professionals—it’s to eliminate repetitive work so they can spend more time where expertise creates the most value: analysis, judgment, and decision‑making. We’re looking for experienced due diligence professionals who want to help shape the next generation of tools for the industry.

What you’ll do

As one of our Senior Industry Advisors, you’ll work closely with our founders to ensure we’re building something practitioners genuinely need. You’ll help us:

Advise on methodology and product direction.

Join client meetings as our senior industry voice.

Help clients understand how technology fits within established DD practices.

Occasionally review reports or product features.

Represent Bletchley as a member of our Advisory Board.

This is an equity‑based advisory position.

Who you are

20+ years in Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence, Corporate Intelligence, Investigations or Financial Crime.

Former Head, Director, Partner or senior leader.

Ideally retired, semi‑retired or now working independently.

Passionate about the future of the profession.

Comfortable engaging with enterprise clients.

Curious about AI and how it can strengthen, not replace, professional expertise.

Experience in senior leadership roles is particularly valued. Examples include:

Former Head of Financial Crime

Former Global Head of Investigations

Former Head of Corporate Intelligence

Former Partner leading Integrity Due Diligence

Former Chief Compliance Officer
