Reden Solar S.A.S is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel in Rome or Milan, responsible for providing in-house legal services, managing legal support for M&A and project financing transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Candidates should have a Master's in Corporate or Renewable Energy Law, at least 5 years of legal experience, and fluency in Italian and English. Experience in team management would be an asset, with the opportunity to work from home one day a week.
