Senior HVAC Engineer

Job Description

Wood is recruiting for a Senior HVAC Engineer to join our Life Sciences division based in Milan, working on Pharmaceutical and Bio Tech projects across Europe and internationally. The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.

The Role

Working as part of our HVAC Department, the person will support the development of projects through all phases of the project life cycle from basic design through to commissioning. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to continue their career development within an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems including calculation for airflow rate setting and consumption.
• Develop HVAC schematics.
• Develop material job description and equipment data sheet.
• Develop material requisition for HVAC plant.
• Develop P&ID schematics.
• Site follow up.

Qualifications

Expected

• MSc / BSc in engineering.
• Previous experience in similar role.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Good communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Pro‑active approach in resolving issues.
• Familiar with Office tool.
• Eligible to work in Italy.

Desirable

• Experience with technical utilities design.
