About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist who will support the company’s growth with a strong focus on talent acquisition, HR operations, and organizational support .

The role will work closely with the HR team and department managers, supporting them in identifying needs, enhancing processes, and contributing to the reinforcement and development of our corporate culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process , from needs analysis to onboarding.
  • Support managers in defining job profiles and required skills.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Handle operational HR tasks in compliance with the Commerce National Collective Agreement (CCNL Commercio) .
  • Collaborate on the definition and implementation of HR policies related to welfare, development, and performance.
  • Promote and strengthen a company culture based on collaboration, growth, and employee well-being.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar roles, ideally in dynamic and growing environments.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment .
  • Solid knowledge of labor regulations and the CCNL Commercio framework .
  • Fluent English (Mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and process-driven mindset.


What We Offer

  • Gross annual salary: €32,000 – €38,000
  • Permanent, full-time contract.
  • On-site work , San Vito dei Normanni (BR)

Hiring Process
