Job Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who plays a strategic role in turning business priorities into practical HR solutions that directly support our commercial performance. The role requires strong ability to combine strategic HR expertise with a data-driven and quantitative approach, translating business needs, workforce insights and financial considerations into effective people strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identifying HR priorities from departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Supporting the business in workforce planning and organizational design through quantitative analysis of headcount, capability needs and future talent requirements.
- Partnering with business leaders in the management and monitoring of HR-related budgets and people costs, ensuring alignment with financial targets and supporting sustainable organizational growth.
- Leading and delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, resourcing, employee relations and performance management.
- Leveraging HR data, metrics and analytics to support evidence-based decision making, monitoring organizational performance and identifying trends related to workforce dynamics, productivity and engagement. If necessary address the relative case management.
- Maintaining a clear understanding and providing up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates in Italy; ensuring the application of the central HR policies in line with current legislation and keeping abreast of modern procedures and best practice and, when necessary, design local initiatives to address specific needs.
- Managing labor relations, including the negotiation of the company level agreements, organizing regular meetings and maintaining strong relationships with employee representatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in humanities, economics or law.
- Knowledge of HR software or management systems, preferably an Oracle System.
- 10-15 years of experience in HRBP role.
- Solid experience in labor relations.
- Solid strategic vision and business acumen, strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, flexibility in managing change, and strong focus on coaching and people development, combined with integrity, discretion and reliability.
- Strong clear and assertive communication skills, with empathy and emotional intelligence, able to effectively influence and manage different internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English - written and verbal, any other major European language is an advantage.
