Senior HR Manager/HR Director
Location: La Spezia or Milan, Italy

KRUK Italia is looking for a Senior HR Manager/HR Director to spearhead our human resources function. This role is crucial in aligning HR strategies with our organizational goals and driving our business forward. The successful candidate will oversee all facets of human resources as listed below:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the organization's mission and goals, developing HR strategies to support and achieve these objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting to resolve issues/conflicts effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices are compliant with Italian labor law and regulations as well as company policies.
- Performance Management: Manage and develop performance appraisal and career development processes to foster employee growth and organizational success.
- Training & Development: Identify and implement comprehensive staff development initiatives to enhance employee effectiveness and job satisfaction.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits plans that align with market standards and organizational budget.
- Leadership: Inspire and guide the HR team, offering mentorship, support, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Reporting: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and deliver strategic recommendations that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
Our requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a senior management role.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in designing and managing efficient workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the executive team.
- Data Analysis: Strong proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and KPIs to extract actionable insights.
- Performance Accountability: Demonstrated experience in implementing metrics-driven accountability in HR functions, particularly in talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
- Labor Law Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulations.
- Communication: Superior communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- HR Technology: Proficiency with HR software systems, such as HRIS or HRMS.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Italian and English. We kindly request that you submit your CV in English.
